This was a major redesign of the product creation, bulk editing experience, and full suite of product management tools on top of BigCommerce’s latest Catalog v3 APIs to address the top #2 long-standing platform detractor at the time. This increased product creation conversion for trials by 22% and trial-to-paid conversion by 5%, significantly improving a lagging KPI rarely attributed to a single product release.
