TOO GOOD PROGRAMS | Prevention Education through Social & Emotional Learning
Overview: 10 month, 13 member team project to redesign, improve site usability, automate course registration capabilities, and simplify product bundling, on an upgraded eCommerce platform.
The Mendez Foundation develops and implements prevention education programs for children. It was established in 1964 to support local organizations that help improve the lives of children and families. In 1973, the foundation introduced "Too Good for Drugs" as their first drug prevention program. Over the past 50 years, they have continued developing and improving their programs.
The Too Good Programs site offers educational materials, training courses, and other classroom resources for K-12 educators. Educators have access to evaluation study reports, recommended reading and home workout resources, sample lessons, videos, and blog articles through the site.
