To support a product objective focused on increasing our competitive win rate, we pursued opportunities in driving developers toward integration activation. This milestone is reached when a developer has completed implementing our solution, enabling businesses to begin realizing product value. Our focus was on making it significantly easier for solution implementers and developers to integrate their eCommerce businesses with Discovery, our AI-powered search and merchandising platform. By building tools and resources that allow developers to get started quickly and independently, we reduced the need for in-house professional services and minimized customer hand-holding, enabling our implementation model to scale more efficiently.
Expanding what partners can service in an implementation ultimately lowers integration costs for customers and increases partner-sourced ARR.
